Please arrive by 3:30PM in order to be escorted down the property with a two minute walk to the ceremony location. Car shuttles will be available for the elderly or those that have trouble walking.

Those that have booked a room for the night at Lancemore are encouraged to use the 2:00PM checkin to arrive earlier and get comfortable before the ceremony.

Plenty of car parking is available for all.

The ceremony will take place under the Macedon Ranges summer sun in a secret garden at the beautiful Lancemore estate.
Please consider appropriate shoes for walking on soft grass.

The reception will include a banquet of shared plate foods over three courses, putting a focus on enjoying a meal with family and friends, both old and new.

We're able to cater to specific dietary needs, so please use the RSVP form to convey this information.

A great selection of local wines (we've thoroughly tested them!), domestic beers and soft drinks will be provided for the duration of the reception.

Dancing encourage but not required!

We invite everyone to stay a night or three in the on-site accommodation and help us make our wedding weekend one of relaxation with family and friends.

Multiple types of rooms are available, including a limited number of adjoining rooms for families with young children.

4:00PM - Ceremony begins

5:00PM - Guests return to cocktail lounge

6:00PM - Reception hall opens

11:00PM - Reception ends, guests depart

We are so blessed to have such a kind, loving, and supportive community of family and friends.
There is no better feeling than being surrounded by the people you love on your special day.
We cannot ask for any gift greater than your time, company and love.

The fact that you are travelling all the way to the Macedon Ranges means the world to us, so don't feel the need to splurge on a present. Your hugs and well wishes will more than suffice, and we would just love to spend the weekend celebrating with you.

If you insist on honouring us with a gift, a wishing well will be placed in the reception hall and any such contribution will go toward our honeymoon. 

Please note that it is the wish of both the bride and groom for our ceremony to be an "Offline" event.

This means we're asking all guests to enjoy the moment in the purest way and to keep mobile phones and cameras in their pockets or purses.

Please take many photos of yourselves enjoying the reception, but we also ask that no photos of the bride or groom be shared to social media.

We've secured the services of the wonderful Emma Hawkins Photography for the day and we'll happily share those results with you when they're processed.
